Questions partners ask
Do my clients see that the proxies are not mine?
Not from anything we hand over. Credentials point at our own gateway, and neither DNS nor whois names the network behind it. Your clients deal only with you.
How much does it cost to start?
There is no entry fee and no subscription. You pay only for the traffic and addresses you buy, and the rate depends on volume.
What if a client uses up everything I gave them?
Their proxies stop until you allocate more. Top them up and the same credentials come back to life - nothing needs to be reissued.
Can my client resell too?
Not under your account: the hierarchy is one level deep. If they want to resell, they take their own partner account with us.
Can I use my own domain for the proxy gateway?
Yes, and you control it: the gateway authenticates by login and password, not by hostname. Point an A record at our gateway, or run a small relay of your own so clients only ever see your address. If you work through the API, swapping the host field takes one line. Your manager will hand you the address and a ready config.
Can I automate this from my own billing?
Yes - the whole cycle is in our wholesale API: create a client, allocate their gigabytes, issue credentials, read usage, reclaim what is left. Build your own platform on top and never open our dashboard.
