Session and lifetime are two separate suffixes
The session id and how long it is held are set independently here: _s_ for the identifier and _ttl_ for the duration. Merging them into one parameter is the usual first mistake.
Traffic that does not expire is a tie, not an advantage

Static addresses are a different host, not a different plan
