Below are the questions people ask before buying. Three of them deserve a longer answer, because that is where expectations and the invoice usually diverge.

What you are actually buying

You are buying addresses and the right to exit through them, not a guarantee of access to a particular site. Those are different things, and the difference shows up on the first refusal.

The address decides where you came from. After that the target looks at your language header, timezone, TLS fingerprint, client behaviour and whether scripts run at all. A proxy influences none of that, and a provider promising otherwise is promising something it does not control.

That is why the country pages spell out what local platforms check beyond the address, and why the documentation separates a refusal by address class from one by pace and from a network timeout. Three different events with three different fixes, and confusing them is the most expensive mistake here.

How the bill is calculated

Residential and mobile are billed differently, and that is what usually surprises people at the end of the month.

Residential is billed by the gigabyte at $1.00 per GB, so the bill follows page weight rather than request count. Twenty thousand listings a day with images blocked is around 60 GB a month; the same twenty thousand without media blocking can reach nine hundred for identical data.

Static addresses are billed per address per month: ISP from $1.90, datacenter from $1.15, with traffic unmetered. Mobile is billed per day, from $5.76 per address.

There is no committed monthly volume, no minimum payment, and traffic does not expire while the package is active. Prices are published machine-readable at /pricing.txt so they can be read without parsing the site.

What we do not do

The list is short and it does not change.

  • We do not sell a way past anti-bot systems and we do not publish instructions for forging fingerprints. We do describe that such checks exist and what the refusal looks like, so you do not go looking for the problem in the proxy.
  • We do not promise that a particular site will work. A target can change its defences tomorrow, and a promise that does not depend on us is a lie rather than a guarantee.
  • We do not quote competitor prices. They change without notice, and a stale figure misleads more than a missing one.
  • We do not state numbers that cannot be checked. Invented uptime percentages and latency figures were removed from the older pages because nobody had measured them.

Short answers

Is there a free trial?

Trial access is issued against a job: tell us what you are collecting and in which country, and you get access for that scenario. Without a described job a trial shows very little.

How does ISP differ from residential?

ISP is a static address for the term, registered to a consumer provider. Residential rotates and is billed by the gigabyte. The threshold is roughly this: above two gigabytes a month on one session, ISP is cheaper.

How do I pay?

In cryptocurrency, 34 coins from one dollar. The main ones are handled in the modal, the exotic ones through the gateway page.

How many countries are available?

Fifty countries hold static stock, each with its own page describing what actually sells there. Residential reaches wider; the coverage page carries the current list.

Is there an API?

Yes, a public REST API for ordering and renewal, plus an MCP server. Both are documented in their own section.

What if it does not work?

Look at the status code first. A 403 is address class, a 407 authentication, a 429 pace, and a timeout with no code is the network. The documentation has a page for each.
