Proxy dedicado
What you are actually buying exclusivity of
A dedicated proxy is an address assigned to one customer at a time. A shared proxy is the same address sold to several customers simultaneously. The technical service is identical, so the difference is entirely about who else is using your exit while you use it.
That matters because destination sites judge addresses by behaviour. On a shared address, someone else's aggressive scraping raises the rate-limit counters you are subject to, and someone else's ban applies to you. You inherit a reputation you did not build and cannot see.
Exclusivity has limits worth understanding. You own the address, not the neighbourhood. Addresses live in subnets, and a site that decides a /24 is a problem does not check which specific address inside it belongs to whom. This is why a brand new dedicated proxy can arrive already blocked somewhere.
There is also a time dimension. Dedicated means dedicated now, not dedicated historically. The address had a previous tenant, and whatever they did is part of what your target sees when it looks up the address history.
What is dedicated in our catalogue
All our static addresses are dedicated for the whole term, and our mobile modems are reserved rather than shared:
Exclusivity by product
ISP proxies dedicated, yours for the term
Datacenter IPv4 dedicated, yours for the term
IPv6 dedicated, yours for the term
Mobile modem reserved for you, though the carrier address
is shared with real subscribers by design
Residential a pool, exits are shared with other customers
but never at the same moment on the same session- Residential is not dedicated and cannot be. The value there is that exits are real household devices, and exclusivity would mean renting somebody's home connection outright.
- If a fresh static address is already blocked at your target, write to support and we replace it. Inheriting a previous tenant's history is a known hazard, not something you should pay for.
- Warm a new dedicated address gradually rather than starting at full speed. A sudden burst from an address with no history is a pattern of its own.
- Mobile is a special case: the carrier address is shared with real phone subscribers, which is exactly why it carries trust. Exclusivity there means the modem is yours, not the address.
The word dedicated oversold
Dedicated does not mean clean
It means nobody else uses it right now. Its history belongs to whoever had it before you.
Dedicated does not mean unbannable
Exclusive use protects you from other customers, not from your own request patterns.
Private and dedicated are marketed as synonyms
They usually are, but some providers use private for a small shared pool. Ask how many customers can use one address at once.
Dedicated does not extend to the subnet
Neighbouring addresses belong to other people, and sites that judge by prefix will judge you together with them.
