This page shows more than an address. It shows the combination you are recognised by: address, timezone, language, screen, and whether the browser reports a second address outside the proxy.
Why the address is not enough
The address answers where you came from. Everything else on this page answers what you look like, and sites ask the second question more often.
The most common mismatch is the timezone. A German address with a Moscow timezone in the profile is a combination that almost never occurs among real people, and spotting it requires no analytics at all.
Language comes second. The language header decides which version of a catalogue you are shown, and a mismatched country and language pair produces data that cannot be compared across countries.
Third is WebRTC. A browser discovers its addresses over its own transport, so pages can travel through the proxy while a script reads the real address. If two different addresses appear here, the problem is the browser rather than the proxy.
How to use it
The point of the check is to see the configuration that will do the work.
Open the page inside the profile you will actually use, not in a fresh window and not in another browser. The profile is the thing being tested.
Compare three values against each other: the country of the address, the timezone and the language. All three should agree, not two out of three.
Repeat after updating the browser or the antidetect client: defaults change between versions more often than people expect, and silently.
What is not measured here
The canvas fingerprint and the font list are shown as they are, without a verdict of good or bad. No such verdict exists: how unusual a trait is only means something relative to the crowd you want to blend into, and we do not know which crowd that is.
The page does not say whether you will pass a particular check. It says what can be read about you in a single visit, which is a different thing.
