The first step in Moldova is not technical, and it is the one most often skipped.
The market is small, so many international brands are present not through a site of their own but through Romanian platforms or local distributors. An unwelcome consequence follows: a catalogue that opens from a Moldovan address does not necessarily mean the goods can be bought from here.
Three cases occur, and they need telling apart before you build a daily pass around a target. The site serves the country fully, with prices and delivery. The site opens, but there is no delivery to Moldova, and its prices have nothing to do with this market. The site redirects a Moldovan visitor to a different storefront, and you collect somebody else’s market while believing it is this one.
One request from a Moldovan exit settles it: look at the delivery block and the country list at checkout rather than at whether the page exists. A 200 proves nothing here.

What follows is predictable: the target sees a burst from one address and applies limits sooner than your arithmetic expected, and you conclude that you were blocked.
A mobile address solves a different problem here than it usually does. It gives you a separate address space that does not overlap the home pool, plus rotation by physical reconnect. For small ongoing jobs that is sometimes steadier than cycling through a tight residential pool.
The arithmetic still applies. Mobile costs $5.76 per address per day, about $173 a month: expensive for volume collection and reasonable for a narrow job that has to run without surprises. Volume passes stay on residential, simply with fewer workers and a schedule spread over time.
What actually blocks you on Moldovan targets
