Belarus proxies
Our catalogue lists all six regions and Minsk, 30 city records and 24 networks for Belarus. The shape of the pool is familiar from the neighbours: Beltelecom is present in 25 cities out of 28 and is the only network in thirteen of them, A1 in nine, MTS in eight. Minsk holds 20 networks out of 24, and seventeen of them exist only there. Of 28 well known Belarusian sites we checked from Europe, 22 are open, but the three largest marketplaces, Wildberries, Ozon and Oz, meet a foreign address with a bot check, and the government portal’s certificate fails verification outside the country.
What we have in Belarus
The price is the same as in every other country we cover.
What Belarusian addresses get used for
Marketplaces
Wildberries, Ozon, Oz, 21vek, Onliner: the first three meet a foreigner with a check, 21vek and Onliner are open.
Classifieds and cars
Kufar, Realt, av.by: open from outside, the address is for local listings and prices in rubles.
Banks and ERIP
Belarusbank, Priorbank, Alfa-Bank, MTBank, Raschet: the pages are open, the dashboards expect a Belarusian number and card.
Ad verification and search results
Yandex.by, Onliner, BelTA, SB, google.by: campaigns bought for a Belarusian audience.
Government services
portal.gov.by: a certificate from the national certification centre that a foreign browser does not trust.
What looks different from outside Belarus
Of 28 sites we checked, 22 opened on the first request. Four met the request with a bot check, one failed the certificate check, one did not answer. We sell addresses rather than a way past detection.
What a residential address gives you here
Cities people ask for here
A city is set with the _city_ suffix. The number beside it is how many networks our pool holds there.
The setups people take here most often
- 01Residential plus MinskTwenty networks and the only real rotation across autonomous systems
- 02Residential, country level, with Beltelecom pinnedTwenty five cities on one carrier, a home look across the country
- 03Residential with A1 or MTS pinnedA mobile carrier, when the target expects one
- 04A one hour sticky sessionFor banks, ERIP and marketplace dashboards
Connection strings for Belarus
The country is pinned with a suffix in the login. Host, port and password stay the same as for any other country.
A city goes in as a second suffix. Without it you most often get Minsk, which is right for most jobs. The regional centres are for when the target looks at the region.
Belarusian exits, four ways
# rotating, a new address per request
curl -x login_c_BY:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org
# sticky, the same address for an hour
curl -x login_c_BY_s_7_ttl_1h:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org
# pinned to Minsk, twenty networks
curl -x login_c_BY_city_Minsk:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org
# SOCKS5 on the same port: the scheme picks the protocol, not the number
curl -x socks5h://login_c_BY:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.orgBeltelecom holds the country, Minsk holds the networks
Beltelecom, the state carrier, is present in 25 cities out of 28, and is the only network in thirteen of them. A1 in nine, MTS in eight: both mobile carriers are in the pool, the third, life:), is not. Then come ten networks with two cities and ten with one.
Minsk holds 20 networks out of 24, and seventeen of them exist only there: T1-Group, Seti Plus, Cosmos Telecom, Unet.by, Minsk Television Information Networks, the United Institute of Informatics Problems and a dozen more. The regional centres hold three to five each: Homyel and Mogilev five, Hrodna and Brest four, Vitebsk three. In 15 cities out of 28 exactly one network is available.
Some names in the catalogue are duplicates: A1 appears under three names, United Networks under two, so the unique count is about twenty. One record, Kuntsevshchina, is a district of Minsk rather than a city.
For a job that means something simple: outside Minsk you are almost always on Beltelecom, A1 or MTS, and it is worth pinning the carrier explicitly, as there is no rotation across providers in the regions.
Twenty two sites out of 28 open, the marketplaces do not
We checked 28 well known Belarusian domains from Europe with a full browser header set, on 16 October 2026. Twenty two opened: Onliner, Kufar, 21vek, E-dostavka, Realt, av.by, BelTA, SB, Belarusbank, Priorbank, Alfa-Bank, MTBank, Beltelecom, A1, MTS, life:), Belavia, Yandex.by, Ticketpro, Bycard, Raschet and Belpost. av.by served a full page under the unusual status 468; we count it as open.
Four met the request with a bot check: Wildberries answered with status 498 and a page carrying a request identifier, Oz with its own verification page, Ozon redirected to itself five times in a row, and Zerkalo sits behind a Cloudflare challenge. That is protection against automation rather than a country filter, and an address by itself does not lift it.
Two cases stand apart. The certificate of portal.gov.by is issued by the national certification centre, which foreign browsers do not trust: the page is there, but without the root certificate installed it will not open from any address. The National Bank did not answer a plain request within 60 seconds.
The practical conclusion: classifieds, banks, publishers and 21vek are open from outside, and an address there is for local listings and prices. The three largest marketplaces are closed by checks, and there a Belarusian address is necessary but not sufficient.
What Belarusian sites check beyond the address
The language is Russian, with a Belarusian version on government sites and some outlets. For collecting search results that is one pass.
The currency is the ruble, BYN, written Br. A space for thousands and a comma for kopecks. Foreign cards mostly do not work in the country, and payments go through ERIP and local cards, so dashboards expect a Belarusian number and card; the address alone will not open a payment.
The time zone is UTC+3 with no daylight saving. The weekend is Saturday and Sunday.
How stable the exits are here
In Minsk there is plenty to switch to and sessions hold. In the regional centres the margin is three to five networks, and in the other cities there is one network and no rotation inside the city.
On size, plainly: 24 networks by name, about twenty unique, three home carriers for the whole country. Plan your load against Minsk and pin the carrier for everything outside the capital.
Choosing the setup for a Belarusian target
The short fork.
- You need rotation across autonomous systems: Minsk unpinned, 20 networks.
- You need the whole country with a home look: country level with Beltelecom pinned, 25 cities.
- You need a mobile carrier: A1 or MTS, nine and eight cities.
- The target meets you with a bot check: Wildberries, Ozon, Oz, the address is needed but does not lift it.
- You need a bank or ERIP dashboard: a one hour sticky session, a Belarusian number and card.
What a month of Belarusian work costs
It is counted in traffic. A dollar per gigabyte.
- Price monitoring across 21vek and Onliner, 20,000 listings a day with images blocked, roughly 110 KB per page: about 2.2 GB a day, around 66 GB a month, $66 on residential.
- A daily sweep of one Kufar category: tens of gigabytes.
- Ad verification, 200 placements a day at about 400 KB each: under 2.5 GB a month.
The legal part, stated plainly
Belarus has a personal data protection law from 2021, supervised by the National Personal Data Protection Centre. Collecting publicly posted prices and processing personal data are different things, and the second is regulated separately.
Communications are regulated by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization. A proxy changes none of what you are allowed to do with data. It changes only which country the request appears to come from.
This is general information rather than legal advice. Our terms require lawful use and we act on abuse reports.
Verifying a Belarusian exit
Under a minute. The third command shows whether Ozon has stopped sending you in circles: through a Belarusian exit the redirect to itself should disappear.
Three checks
# 1. is the exit Belarusian, and on which network
curl -s -x login_c_BY_city_Minsk:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://ipinfo.io/json
# 2. does a sticky session hold the same address
for i in 1 2 3; do curl -s -x login_c_BY_s_7_ttl_1h:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org; echo; done
# 3. does Ozon stop redirecting to itself
curl -s -x login_c_BY:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code} %{redirect_url}\n" https://ozon.by/What to read next
Where the numbers come from
The numbers on regions, cities and networks come from our residential pool catalogue as of 16 October 2026. Service entries with no city name are not counted. We ran the check on 28 Belarusian domains ourselves from Europe on the same day, with a full browser header set and a 45 second limit per answer.
- BeltelecomThe widest network in our Belarusian pool: 25 cities.
- A1The largest mobile carrier and the second network in the pool: nine cities.
- Ministry of Communications and InformatizationThe communications regulator, official carrier data.
- OnlinerThe largest catalogue and outlet, open from outside without an address.
Questions people ask before buying Belarusian addresses
Where is the deepest pool?
Minsk: 20 networks out of 24, seventeen of them only there. Homyel and Mogilev hold five each, Hrodna and Brest four. In 15 cities out of 28 there is exactly one network.
Are A1 and MTS in the pool?
Yes, both: A1 in nine cities, MTS in eight. The third carrier, life:), is not in the pool.
Will the address open Wildberries and Ozon?
Not by itself. Wildberries, Ozon and Oz meet the request with a bot check, which is protection against automation rather than a country filter. A Belarusian address is necessary but not sufficient.
Why does the government portal not open even from a Belarusian address?
Because the certificate of portal.gov.by is issued by the national certification centre, which is not in the trust lists of foreign browsers. That is solved by a root certificate on the client side, not by the address.
Do Belarusian addresses cost more?
No. The price is the same everywhere: residential from $1.00 per GB.
