Uzbekistan proxies
Our catalogue lists seven of Uzbekistan’s fourteen regions, 12 city records and 34 networks. The shape of the pool is extreme: Tashkent holds 31 networks out of 34, and 25 of them exist only there. Samarkand five, the other seven cities one each, and that is almost always the state-owned Uztelecom. Of 25 well known Uzbek sites we checked from Europe, 15 are open and ten served no page: OLX is blocked at the CloudFront level, Asaxiy, Korzinka, Kapitalbank and Mediapark sit behind a Cloudflare challenge, and the National Bank, the tax office and Mobiuz simply do not answer from outside.
What we have in Uzbekistan
The price is the same as in every other country we cover.
What Uzbek addresses get used for
Marketplaces and electronics
Uzum, Asaxiy, Texnomart, Mediapark, Sello: Uzum and Texnomart are open, Asaxiy and Mediapark closed, Sello down.
Classifieds
OLX Uzbekistan: blocked for a foreign address at the CloudFront level, strictly a local-address job.
Banks and payments
Payme, Click, Kapitalbank, NBU: Payme and Click are open, Kapitalbank behind a challenge, the National Bank does not answer from outside.
Government services and taxes
my.gov.uz, soliq.uz: the portal is open, the tax office does not answer from outside.
Ad verification and search results
Kun.uz, Gazeta.uz, Daryo, Spot, Podrobno, google.co.uz: Gazeta serves a foreigner its Uzbek edition.
What looks different from outside Uzbekistan
Of 25 sites we checked, 15 opened on the first request. Five refused, four did not answer at all, one was down. We sell addresses rather than a way past detection.
What a residential address gives you here
Cities people ask for here
A city is set with the _city_ suffix. The number beside it is how many networks our pool holds there.
The setups people take here most often
- 01Residential plus TashkentThirty one networks and the only real rotation across autonomous systems
- 02Residential, country level, with Uztelecom pinnedFour cities on the state carrier
- 03Residential plus SamarkandFive networks, the second city with a choice
- 04A one hour sticky sessionFor Payme, Click and bank dashboards
Connection strings for Uzbekistan
The country is pinned with a suffix in the login. Host, port and password stay the same as for any other country.
A city goes in as a second suffix. Without it you will almost certainly get Tashkent, which is right for most jobs. Samarkand and the valley cities are for when the target looks at the region.
Uzbek exits, four ways
# rotating, a new address per request
curl -x login_c_UZ:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org
# sticky, the same address for an hour
curl -x login_c_UZ_s_7_ttl_1h:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org
# pinned to Samarkand, the second city with a choice
curl -x login_c_UZ_city_Samarkand:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org
# SOCKS5 on the same port: the scheme picks the protocol, not the number
curl -x socks5h://login_c_UZ:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.orgTashkent holds 31 networks out of 34
There is no concentration like this anywhere else in the catalogue: 25 networks out of 34 exist only in Tashkent, from CityNet and Sharq Telekom to Turon, Sarkor and Free Link. The country’s widest network, the state-owned Uztelecom, is present in just four cities, Tashkent, Samarkand, Margilan and Urgench. Then ist Telekom in three, and four networks in two cities each.
The mobile carriers are only partly visible in the pool. Beeline is there under its legal name Unitel LLC in Tashkent. Ucell, Mobiuz and Humans are not listed under their own names. If the target expects a mobile carrier specifically, it can be pinned here only through Unitel in the capital.
Nano Telecom appears under two spellings, so by unique company the count is 33.
Outside the capital, one network per city
The catalogue names seven regions out of fourteen: Tashkent, the Tashkent region, Samarkand, Fergana, Namangan, Khorezm and Sirdaryo. Samarkand holds five networks, and in seven cities out of nine exactly one network is available: Namangan, Chust, Margilan, Urgench, Khiva, Guliston and Amir Timur.
Bukhara, Andijan, Nukus and Karakalpakstan are absent from the catalogue. Three records carry no city name and are not counted.
For a job that means something simple: Uzbekistan in our pool is Tashkent. Samarkand gives a second choice, the rest is selective and without rotation.
Fifteen sites out of 25 open, ten do not
We checked 25 well known Uzbek domains from Europe with a full browser header set, on 16 October 2026. Fifteen opened: Uzum, Texnomart, Payme, Click, the Central Bank, the my.gov.uz portal, Uzbekistan Airways, the Uztelecom, Beeline and Ucell carriers, and the Kun.uz, Gazeta.uz, Daryo, Spot and Podrobno outlets.
Ten did not, which makes this the most closed country of the batch. OLX answered “request blocked” from CloudFront, a country filter at the CDN level. Asaxiy, Korzinka, Kapitalbank and Mediapark met the request with a Cloudflare challenge. The National Bank, the Soliq tax office and Mobiuz did not answer within 60 seconds, and Humans dropped the connection: by all appearances their network filters do not let foreign addresses through at all. Sello answered 522, its origin behind Cloudflare was down.
The practical conclusion: Uzum, the payment services and the publishers are open from outside, and an address there is for Uzbek prices and results. OLX, Asaxiy, Korzinka, the banks and government services are closed, and there an Uzbek address is for access, though it does not lift a Cloudflare challenge by itself.
What Uzbek sites check beyond the address
The languages are Uzbek in Latin script and Russian, with Uzbek Cyrillic on some outlets. Gazeta.uz served a foreign address its Uzbek edition, Uzbekistan Airways Russian. For collecting search results that is two passes.
The currency is the som, UZS, written so‘m or сум. Prices are large, usually in the millions, with a space for thousands. Payments go through Payme and Click, which expect an Uzbek number and a Humo or Uzcard card.
The time zone is UTC+5 with no daylight saving. The weekend is Saturday and Sunday.
How stable the exits are here
In Tashkent there is plenty to switch to and sessions hold. In Samarkand the margin is small, and in the other cities there is one network and no rotation inside the city.
On size, plainly: 34 networks by name, 33 unique, 31 in the capital. Plan your load against Tashkent and treat the rest as a selective supplement.
Choosing the setup for an Uzbek target
The short fork.
- You need rotation across autonomous systems: Tashkent unpinned, 31 networks.
- You need the state carrier across several cities: Uztelecom, four cities.
- You need a mobile carrier: Unitel, that is Beeline, in Tashkent.
- The target is closed from outside: country level, which is OLX, Asaxiy, Korzinka, Kapitalbank, the National Bank, Soliq.
- You need a Payme or Click dashboard: a one hour sticky session, an Uzbek number and card.
What a month of Uzbek work costs
It is counted in traffic. A dollar per gigabyte.
- Price monitoring across Uzum and Texnomart, 20,000 listings a day with images blocked, roughly 110 KB per page: about 2.2 GB a day, around 66 GB a month, $66 on residential.
- A daily sweep of one OLX category: tens of gigabytes.
- Ad verification, 200 placements a day at about 400 KB each: under 2.5 GB a month.
The legal part, stated plainly
Uzbekistan has a personal data law from 2019 with a requirement to store citizens’ data on servers inside the country, and foreign services have already been blocked in 2021 for breaching it. Collecting publicly posted prices and processing personal data are different things, and the second is regulated separately.
Communications are regulated by the Ministry of Digital Technologies. A proxy changes none of what you are allowed to do with data. It changes only which country the request appears to come from.
This is general information rather than legal advice. Our terms require lawful use and we act on abuse reports.
Verifying an Uzbek exit
Under a minute. The third command shows whether the National Bank answers through the exit: a foreign address got no answer at all.
Three checks
# 1. is the exit Uzbek, and on which network
curl -s -x login_c_UZ_city_Tashkent:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://ipinfo.io/json
# 2. does a sticky session hold the same address
for i in 1 2 3; do curl -s -x login_c_UZ_s_7_ttl_1h:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 https://api.ipify.org; echo; done
# 3. does the silent bank answer through the exit
curl -s -m 30 -x login_c_UZ:password@proxy.sotaproxy.com:10000 -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code}\n" https://nbu.uz/What to read next
Where the numbers come from
The numbers on regions, cities and networks come from our residential pool catalogue as of 16 October 2026. Service entries with no city name are not counted. We ran the check on 25 Uzbek domains ourselves from Europe on the same day, with a full browser header set and a 45 second limit per answer.
- UztelecomThe state carrier and the widest network in the pool: four cities.
- Beeline UzbekistanThe only mobile carrier in the pool, under the name Unitel LLC.
- Central Bank of UzbekistanThe official som rate; the bank itself is open from outside, unlike the National Bank.
- UzumThe main marketplace, open from outside, unlike Asaxiy and OLX.
Questions people ask before buying Uzbek addresses
Where is the deepest pool?
Tashkent: 31 networks out of 34, 25 of them only there. Samarkand holds five, the other seven cities one each. There is no concentration like this anywhere else in the catalogue.
Are Beeline, Ucell or Mobiuz in the pool?
Beeline is, under its legal name Unitel LLC in Tashkent. Ucell, Mobiuz and Humans are not listed under their own names.
Do Uzbek sites block foreigners?
More than anywhere else in this batch. Of the 25 we checked, ten served no page: OLX is blocked at CloudFront, Asaxiy, Korzinka, Kapitalbank and Mediapark sit behind a challenge, and the National Bank, Soliq and Mobiuz do not answer from outside at all.
Will the address open Payme or Click?
The pages are open from outside too. Dashboards and payments expect an Uzbek number and a Humo or Uzcard card, which the address does not replace.
Do Uzbek addresses cost more?
No. The price is the same everywhere: residential from $1.00 per GB.
